Community National Bank Selects Leslie Delhai as EVP Chief Operations & Innovation Officer

Community National Bank has been serving Vermont communities for over 165 years. Founded in 1851 in the border town of Derby Line, the bank’s headquarters is now five miles from the Canadian border in Derby, the heart of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.

Today they have 12 retail offices in Orleans, Essex, Caledonia, Washington, Franklin, and Lamoille counties. The bank also has two loan production offices, one in Chittenden County and the other in Grafton County, New Hampshire.

Community National Bank offers a complete line of personal and business products and services along with offerings for non-profit organizations, municipalities, and local governments. Completing their financial services line is their trust and investment management affiliate, Community Financial Services Group (CFSG).

At the conclusion of the search, CNB selected Leslie Delhaie to lead technology and operations as EVP Chief Operations & Innovation Officer. Leslie spent the first sixteen years of her career with Yardville National Bank in progressively more responsible positions, culminating in becoming SVP Director of eCommerce. Following the Bank’s acquisition by PNC Bank, Leslie had over ten years of success consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she was VP & Senior Project Manager in IT Business Advisory & Strategy for WSFS.
